In this course you will learn 4 Meditation techniques ,
which works to produce best possible results in terms of Physical, Mental and Emotional well being.
It’s a 3 days course (1 Hour 30 mins per session) where you will learn 4 Meditation techniques
which works in a good combination to produce positive results in life. This Course is for beginner’s and Advance level yoga practitioner for self-growth and self-healing.
This Course can help Individuals having diseases caused due to Mental stress (like Asthama, Blood Pressure, diabetes, hormonal imbalances, sleep disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, allergy, tiredness, headaches, muscle cramp etc )
Sessions are conducted either on Mon-Tue-Wed Or Tue-Thurs-Sat in morning between
9 am to 1 pm or evening 5 pm to 9 pm (IST). Course fees is Rs 6,000.
It is conducted online on one to one Basis on prior appointment. Positive Affirmations are used in meditations to change thought patterns. Participants will receive Sound Meditation Audios on their phone to practice at home on their own, independently.
