Who is it for ?
These sessions are for basic and intermediate level of students.
Anyone who is having any kind of psychosomatic disorders (Diseases caused due to mental stress and emotional suppression) like sleep disorder, in-digestion, low energy, headache, anxiety etc. Sessions are be modified as per the need/problem of our students.
Individuals who want to keep themselves mentally and physically fit can also join this class.

4) Exercises are customized as per the need/problem of the student- Age, health problems like blood pressure, diabetes, lower back pain, sleep problems, overweight, indigestion, hormonal imbalances etc
5) Session includes yoga, Pilates, Breathing Exercise and Sound Meditation with Signing Bowls.
6) This includes intermediate to advance level of exercises for weight loss, flexibility and general fitness
7) Yoga props are used for posture alignment:- bolster, yoga blocks, belts, yoga chair, yoga ring
